My primary goal in the therapy room is to create a place of safety, inclusion and acceptance for couples and adults. When you feel safe, seen, and connected, communication tends to follow more naturally. As a queer, autistic, polyamorous woman, I’m also attentive to the ways dominant cultural narratives can shape how we see ourselves and our relationships.
