The Shiny Professional Stuff

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of InnerBloom Therapy Services. I have a background in clinical psychology, trauma and relational dynamics.

I specialize in the relationships between (couples) and within (individuals).

Since 2007 I have worked in damn near every facet of mental health you can imagine. In June 2022, I founded InnerBloom Therapy Services. What began as a solo practice, has expanded into a group of incredible marriage & family therapists with various levels of licensure sharing the same mission: help heal your relationships from the inside out, by treating the system beneath the symptom.

My work as a therapist is informed by the Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Neuroscience, Adaptive Information Processing and Psychodynamic principles.

Developing the clinical picture that frames your unique lived experience is high priority to me. Together we will explore ways to help you understand and accept each piece that makes up the beautiful puzzle of who you are.

I am also an AZBBHE approved clinical supervisor and provide mentorship and clinical oversight to associate therapists in Arizona. I also provide group or individual consultation to couples therapists.

Outside of the Therapy Room

The not so shiny, personal stuff is that I have experienced the power of therapy firsthand throughout my adult life. I found support in my struggle with insecure attachment, high-conflict co-parenting, ADHD and PMDD. As a client, I have experienced profound healing from EMDR and IFS.

In 2023 I started a podcast called Feel and Find Out. I felt called to spread awareness about emotional and mental health to those outside of the therapy room. It is a passion project and will continue to evolve in 2026.

I am a certified sound practitioner and yoga instructor because I believe in the benefit of multiple healing modalities AND because I have a desire to know and get trained in most things I have an interest in. (cue ADHD hyper-fixation)

As a mom of 2 boys, born 10 years apart, I am no stranger to the emotional depths of motherhood, single parenting and co-parenting.

I absolutely love reading and you’ll find my nose (or ear) in a thriller in my free time.

I am a life long student and will continue to figure out this thing called being a human for all of my days while helping others do the same!

A woman with curly brown hair and earrings is reading a magazine titled 'You're the One'. She is smiling slightly, and the background shows a white wall with a small green plant in the distance.

“My goal is that clients look forward to sitting on my couch with certainty and trust that I have their back; not only to provide unwavering support but also to challenge them to their growth edges.

The relationship between therapist and client is a significant part of the therapeutic outcome. Just like in a personal relationship, don’t settle!

While we do get into some serious sh*t, I believe there is great value in humor, and value connecting with my clients on a deep level.”
