Untangling Together
Support Group for navigating the end of a relationship
A therapist-led, weekly group for adults to process, rebuild, and rediscover themselves after the end of a relationship.
Divorce isn’t just a legal process — it’s a full-body, full-life unraveling.
Whether it’s fresh or years in the making, the emotional weight is real.
There’s grief, yes — but also confusion, identity shifts, anger, and sometimes…relief.
It’s all valid.
And you don’t have to move through it alone.
This group is for you if:
You’re moving through a divorce or break up (even if it was “your choice”)
You feel untethered, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are now
You’re grieving the relationship and the imagined future you lost
You crave community and support without judgment or clichés
You're ready to process your story and rebuild with intention
What we’ll explore together:
The emotional rollercoaster: grief, anger, guilt, and relief
Rediscovering your identity outside of the relationship
How to let go with self-compassion
Co-parenting, boundaries, and healing from relational trauma
Rebuilding your sense of worth, clarity, and hope
What to expect:
A warm, therapist-led space with others who get it
Weekly 90-minute sessions with guided reflection and supportive discussion
A rolling, ongoing format — join when you're ready and stay as long as you need
A space that honors all parts of your experience (including the messy, beautiful ones)
